1. General Overview
By visiting chatkarastore.com or purchasing items from Chatkara Store, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described herein.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- All pickle orders are freshly dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our kitchen centers in Varanasi and Delhi.
- Orders above ₹999 qualify for FREE Express Shipping anywhere across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat standard courier fee of ₹49 applies.
- Standard transit delivery time is 2 to 4 business days for metro cities, and 4 to 6 business days for tier-2/tier-3 cities and remote regions.
3. Damaged Jar Free Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable, food-grade nature of homemade pickles, we do not accept returns once a jar is opened. However:
100% Transit Safe Guarantee: If your glass jar arrives broken, damaged, or unsealed during courier transit, simply send a photo on WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) or email (care@chatkarastore.com) within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement jar at zero extra cost!
4. Traditional Artisan Batch Variations
Because our pickles are handcrafted in seasonal batches using natural sun fermentation without chemical bleaching, slight variations in oil color, spice pungency, or texture between different seasonal harvests are a natural hallmark of genuine homemade products.
5. Governing Law
These terms and customer transactions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. Courts in Varanasi / New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
